Are you insured and first aid trained?Yes, we are fully insured for the services we provide and would be very happy to share the details with you. We are also canine first aid trained for your peace of mind so that you know that your furry best friend is in safe hands!

My dog is a rescue and can be a little unpredictable. Can you still help? This is something we would be very happy to discuss during your free consultation. The answer will be dependant on various factors as we want to make sure that are not knowingly putting your dog in a situation that would upset them. Some dogs might require a few extra meet & greet and training sessions to ensure they are more relaxed on the day or we might have to recommend our wedding dog nanny package instead where we look after your dog in the comfort of their own home whilst you are away.
-
How many dogs can you look after on the day?I will happily look after up to 3 dogs on the day (depending on the breed). There is a surcharge of £65 per additional dog, however this fee may be reduced depending on your requirements.
-
Do you offer any other packages?YES, we do! Our wedding package is only one of the many ways we can help you with. We can create as fully bespoke package to suit every couple & their specific furry friends' needs. If you book a free consultation, we will be able to discuss this further with you and provide a tailored quote for the services required.

When will you start your chaperone duties on the day?I will arrive no later than 2 hours before your dog is meant to arrive at the venue (earlier if the venue is a bit of a drive away). This give us time have a little play, a good walk & a little groom to make sure your hound of honour is relaxed & looks perfect for their wedding duties. However, if you would prefer me to arrive at a different time or if you would prefer that I meet you & your furry friend at the venue directly, this can absolutely be arranged. Our packages are fully bespoke so that they fit around your plans - not the other way around!
-
How long can you stay at the venue for?The short answer is: however long you need me to be there for. However, weddings can be a little overwhelming for dogs so we usually recommend sticking to around 2 hours at the venue. You also have to keep in mind that some venues might not allow your dog to be inside - I can dog sit before or after your furry best friend's duties & look after them at an agreed location.
-
Can you help us find a wedding attire for our dog?I absolutely can! I have partnered with a few independent businesses who provide premium wedding dog tuxedos, harnesses, flower collars... The options are endless and I will absolutely help you with making sure that your pooch of honour is looking their best on your wedding day. I can assist with taking your dog measurements, matching fabric colours & accessories.

My dog is very nervous around new people/place, can I still have them at the wedding? There is no definite answer to this, but there are certainly many ways we can help you decide. We can arrange multiple meet & greet or walk sessions prior to your wedding day so that your dog gets used to us (and our smell!) and we also can take extra measures on the day to slowly introduce your dog to the venue so that they can ease into it. Ultimately, you know your dog better than we do and some dogs will be able to take bigger roles in the ceremony whilst others might be happier just taking part in a few photos with their pawrents. If at any point during the day, we believe that your dog is uncomfortable, we will be very happy to adjust the package so that we can care for your dog in the most appropriate way - even if it means an extra walk, taking them home early or spending additional time dog sitting them.
